Perceived threat — the words
RUNHIDEFIGHT
- Active shooter: “Run. Hide. Fight.”
- General danger or threat: “Remain in place until notified by police/law enforcement.”
- There is no set meeting place for a threat evacuation. Get to a safe place as quickly as possible.
- Stay alert until cleared by police or the Safety Team in safety team shirts.
Muster stations
- Auditorium & Lobby: outside — kids and students go to the pavilion.
- Early Childhood: outside to the muster station.
- Elementary: pavilion picnic area.
- Middle School: pavilion in front of the garage doors.
Incident forms
- Yellow folders at Starting Point, Tech Booth, Kids Check-in, FLC Kitchen, and the Office Front Desk.
- Record details immediately after the incident, while they are fresh.
- Give details to the Executive Director to file, then hold an AAR to review the procedure.
Accountability & pick-up
- Kids areas: grab the attendance clipboard every time you move.
- Green card = everyone accounted for. Red card = someone is missing.
- No child is released until all children are accounted for and the minister gives the go-ahead.
- Normal check-out applies — parents present security tags, and check-in stickers come off.
